This Friday, join us for the 20th anniversary of LONG MUSEUM NIGHT! This year's theme is Museums - Visible and Invisible. The theme highlights the importance of museum activities in preserving, researching, and promoting cultural heritage. It also emphasizes the "invisible" museum work that we rarely get to see when visiting a museum institution.
Since our office and storage facilities are not located in the same space as the museum, we decided to bring a part of our invisible work to the museum and share it with you.
Therefore, we are honored to invite you to test the social game "COMITTEE" during Museum Night, which we developed as a way to educate and present events from the Cold War period.
The creator of the game concept, our curator Ivan Lujo, will introduce the game, and all visitors will have the chance to play it and share their impressions on how we can improve it. In this way, you, too, can participate in our "invisible" work.
Of course, in addition to the game, you will also be able to visit the museum's permanent exhibition as well as the current exhibition organized in collaboration with HDD, "Interference in Image Reception: Transfers of Photography in Design, 1960–1990."
See you this Friday, January 31st, from 6:00 PM to midnight!
