GENERAL PROVISIONS
All information on the website www.redhistorymuseum.com is provided for informational purposes and in good faith. These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between Visitors, Customers and the Seller regarding ordering products, prices, payments, delivery, complaints, returns, and the use of the website.

By using the webshop, the user accepts these Terms.
A sales contract is considered concluded at the moment the order is placed.

LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
The Seller is liable for material defects in accordance with Croatian law, including the Obligations Act and Consumer Protection Act.
The Customer must notify the Seller of any defect within 2 months of discovering it.

DELIVERY
Products will be delivered within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
The usual delivery time is 1 to 7 business days.
Delivery is currently available exclusively within the Republic of Croatia.
The Seller does not ship outside the Republic of Croatia.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
The period begins from the day the product is received.
To withdraw, the Customer must send a notice to:

The Customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method.
RETURN OF GOODS
The Customer must return the goods within 14 days from withdrawal.
The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

A response will be provided within 15 days.
OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, the parties will attempt to resolve them amicably.
The Customer may initiate alternative dispute resolution procedures before competent bodies in Croatia (e.g., Croatian Chamber of Economy).
CONTRACT DURATION
The contract is a one-time agreement and is considered fulfilled upon delivery of the product and payment.
