What is the Red History Museum?

The Red History Museum is the first museum in Croatia dedicated to everyday life in socialist Croatia from 1945 to 1991.

Where is the museum located?

The museum is located on the ground floor of the former carbon-graphite products factory “TUP” in Gruž (the Port of Dubrovnik), at Svetog Križa 3, 20000 Dubrovnik.

When is the museum open?

Summer schedule (April 1 – October 31): every day from 10:00 to 20:00 (last entry at 19:15)
Winter schedule (November 1 – March 31): Monday–Saturday from 11:00 to 17:00 (last entry at 16:15); closed on Sundays

What are the ticket prices?

Adults: €10
Students and seniors (65+): €8
Primary and secondary school students: €4
Children under 10: free entry when accompanied by a paying adult

Are there special prices for groups?

Yes, special rates are available for travel agencies, and bus drivers and tour guides have free entry. Group visits must be announced in advance via email at info@redhistorymuseum.com.
